How to find your invoice

Do you need a copy of your car hire rental invoice? No problem!

Just use the 'Search & Retrieve' tool to retrieve your copy online.

You can search for your invoice using either your reservation number or rental agreement number.

If searching by your Rental Agreement number, remember to include the correct letter before the number (E, U or P).

Search by reservation number

Your reservation number (also known as a booking confirmation number) can be found in your booking confirmation email or your rental agreement documentation.

Please enter it using one of the following formats:

  • 12345678GB9
  • 1234-5678-GB9


Search by rental agreement number

Your personalised rental agreement number is only generated once your rental begins. This number can be found on the rental agreement document given to you at the rental station, and can be found towards the top of the documentation.

If you rental was in Europe or Africa, please add the letter "E" before the rental agreement number (e.g. E123456789).

If you rental was in USA or Canada, please add the letter "U" before the rental agreement number (e.g. U123456789).

If you rental was in Australia or New Zealand, please add the letter "P" before the rental agreement number (e.g. P123456789).

How to pay your rental invoice online

Paying your rental invoice online is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Search for your invoice below by entering your rental agreement or reservation number.

2. Enter your last name, as registered on your rental agreement

3. Click "Search" and select the invoice you wish to pay. A maximum of one document can be paid for in a single transaction.

4. Once you click “Pay”, the selected invoice will appear. Then click “Next”.

5. Fill out the Billing Information section (mandatory fields are marked with a *). Please note this information is only needed to initiate the payment, it won’t change the address on the existing invoice.

6. Scroll down to enter your payment details and submit your payment. The widget displays the available card types for the payment.

7. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming either a successful or failed transaction.

Please note:

  • You can only retrieve your rental invoice after completing your rental (please allow 24 hours after rental completion). It will not be available before this time.
  • If you search by rental agreement number, you can retrieve invoices for all rentals completed in the past six months.
  • If your invoice has been modified more than once, you will only be able to see the latest version.
