Pay on Arrival bookings

There is no fee for cancelling a Pay on Arrival booking. By cancelling your booking in advance you have made sure that you will not be charged a No-Show fee.

Pre-paid bookings

Your refund will be processed in full immediately and should reach your account within 5 working days.

Your refund (less cancellation/administration charges) will be made to the payment card used to make the booking.

We are a member of the European Car Rental Conciliation Service (ECRCS) and a number of local car rental conciliation services. These organisations independently review disputes with no additional cost to you. If you make a complaint and are unhappy with our final response you can refer your dispute to the relevant conciliation service. We will tell you who this is.
